[New York, NY]  Advanced Electronic Solutions, Inc. (AES) a leading systems integrator in New York has been awarded the highly prestigious contract for what is set to be the tallest building in Midtown Manhattan, One Vanderbilt.

At a massive 1,401 feet, One Vanderbilt is set to be second tallest tower in New York City where the skyline continues to transform with these supertall skyscrapers. The building site which is in the early stages of construction, encompasses an entire block just West of Grand Central Terminal and is set to be completed in 2021. The building will be combined mixed use, office & retail space and will serve as a connection to Grand Central Terminal. The connection will provide new subway entrances as well as a pedestrian plaza at street level, a public hall in the building’s lobby and other upgrades.

Working for Tishman Construction, AES has been contracted to provide security systems including; access control, IP video, Intercom, under vehicle inspection systems as well as visitor management. This prestigious project is one that will help secure AES as a leading provider within the high-end integration community.
