[New York, NY] Advanced Electronic Solutions, Inc. (AES) a leading systems integrator in New York, announces the addition of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) & Auxiliary Radio Communication Systems (ARCS) to their list of solution services they provide.

DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems)

User demand for bandwidth, content and services available via a mobile device are escalating at a startling pace. In-Building Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) designs and functionality have become a critical component in today’s high rise business environment. In order to solve this emergent issue AES provides three different solutions depending on building size, capacity, carrier requirements as well as customer concerns: Small Cell DAS, Passive DAS & Active DAS. AES provides design, installation and cabling services for Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) used to develop and boost the signal of cellular carriers within buildings and building complex environments that may otherwise not receive these signals. ARCS (Auxiliary Radio Communication Systems)

As of December 31, 2014, the New York City Building Code requires, in Sections 403.4.4 and 907.2.13.2, that an in-building auxiliary radio communication (ARC) system be installed and maintained in all newly‑constructed high-rise buildings. ARC systems are a two way-wireless communication system that receives and transmits Fire Department portable radio frequencies within a building. This code now requires radio amplification, as well as the antenna and cabling infrastructure to provide essential life safety communication capabilities. Each building to which the code is applicable must be certified as able to provide quality FDNY two-way radio communication over 97% of the building’s floor space. AES provides design, installation and cabling services for ARCS used to develop and boost the radio signal within buildings and building complex environments that may otherwise not receive these signals.

AES Team

AES has appointed a new addition to the team in order to further solidify their impact in the DAS & ARCS markets. Gregory Wabshinak will contribute to AES’s wireless solutions group with his expertise & knowledge of the systems. Mr. Wabshinak has 25 years telecom experience specifically in wireless including cellular, distributive antenna systems, and Wi-Fi. Before joining AES Greg has led the sales and operational efforts of carriers and privately held companies.
